Shěnyáng’s most famous restaurant has been packing in the locals since 1829. It might be resting on its laurels a little, but punters continue to flock here for the boiled, steamed and fried dumplings in an array of flavours: from abalone to cabbage and even curry and plenty of vegetarian options in the picture menu.

The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of the Lǎobiān Hotel, just across from the B1 exit of Zhong Jie metro station.
