The folks at this stylish restaurant are maximising meat-free goodness with organic vegetarian fare fashioned for the masses. There are loads of clever dishes, including soup served in a pumpkin, but the best are the sweet Wúxī 'spare ribs' (stuffed with lotus root, of course) and claypots galore. It's MSG-free and cooks go light on the oil. It's alcohol free.
