Peking Duck in Kowloon

Hong Kong’s most authentic northern-Chinese-style roast lamb is served at this longstanding locals' favourite. Better known is the perfectly bronzed Peking duck, carved thick and served with traditional shāobǐng bread as well as the more usual steamed pancakes. Service can sometimes be as welcoming as a Běijīng winter, c 1967. Booking is essential.
