This Mid-Levels Buddhist restaurant goes beyond the usual tofu 'n' broccoli to serve innovative and delicious vegetarian dishes employing ingredients sourced from organic farms around the Guǎngdōng city of Héyuán. Dishes are cooked with natural salt and cold-pressed peanut oil; no MSG or other hidden nasties. Excellent all-veggie dim sum, served at lunch, will please even dedicated carnivores.

The decor resembles a rustic inn, with servers dressed in tunics like students in period dramas.
