A delicious science experiment, the ice cream at Lab Made is created with liquid nitrogen and a mixer, each scoop made to order and emerging with a puff of vapour. A rotating menu offers four flavours daily, a blend of the prosaic (chocolate or mango for example) and the only-in-Hong-Kong magical (condensed milk and peanut butter, purple rice, even mooncake!).
