Dim Sum in Wan Chai & Northeast Hong Kong Island

There are few reliably good restaurants around town that continue to serve dim sum late into the evening (it's typically eaten for brunch). Then there’s DimDimSum. The Cantonese chain, which has several branches across Hong Kong, has all the classics: turnip cake, fluffy char siu bao, pork and shrimp dumplings and crispy rice rolls, which are served to steaming-hot perfection.

The Causeway Bay branch is well-located (next to the chaotic Bowrington St market) with a high turnover, so you never have to wait long for a table.
