Chuen Kee impresses with its range of fish, crustaceans and molluscs on offer – all displayed alive in tanks at the entrance of course. The preparation is similar, but you'll get palm-length mantis shrimp, king crab and foot-long razor clams, among other prized creatures.
Chuen Kee has an older branch about two minutes' walk from the plush flagship restaurant located on the harbourfront promenade. While Chuen Kee's menu also features non-seafood dishes and dim sum at lunch, customers are expected to order at least some seafood here. Staff won't kick you out for not doing so, but the service will not be good.
