Your tour guide will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel in downtown Hangzhou.
If you take bullet train from Shanghai to Hangzhou, you will be picked up from Hangzhou East Railway Station. Your tour guide will hold a sign with your name waiting at the exit of the station.
