Head to the massive Chengdu Sichuan Market and have the chance to learn about the history and culture of the region’s culinary expertise before taking part in a cookery class. Local chefs will teach the tips for creating an authentic Sichuan experience and, after trying the techniques first hand, have chance to win the “Rookie Chef” award. Throughout the day sample local delicacies and teas before leaving with detailed recipe cards so tasty dishes can be recreated back home.

Create a dish from scratch and add any final touches before receiving feedback from a premier Sichuan chef and then sampling the goods!
