When you see the name Kung Fu, you will automatically connect this as an essential part of Chinese Heritage. This self-defense martial arts form requires an immense mental and physical and mental disciple, cat-like reflexes and enduring hours and hours of training. One of the most recognizable forms of Kung Fu was founded on the principle, preached at the Shaolin Temple of Songshan Mountain for centuries. Agility and stamina are part of a daily routine for its disciples here and as the world got introduced to this martial arts form, so grew its popularity in seeing these masters of Kung Fu.
