This tour covers the essence of Xi’an. The tour starts in the morning at 9:00 am. Your tour guide will meet you at your hotel lobby. After meeting up, get on a comfortable vehicle to start the journey to the eighth world wonder, the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. The museum was listed by UNESCO in 1987 as one of the world’s cultural heritages. It mainly consists of three pits. Originally built in 652 AD during the reign of Emperor Gaozong of Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD), it functioned to collect Buddhist materials that were taken from India by the hierarch Xuanzang. Now you may see many entertainment and relaxation facilities at the neighborhood. The area is quite popular among the locals also, so it will be a good chance to mix with the local people.
