The reserve offers an astonishing array of outdoor adventures in one place (trekking, climbing, horseback riding, rafting, kayaking and ice trekking, among others), a handful of which you can do without a guide, including the stunning 37m Salto de Huilo-Huilo. In 2017, the Teleférico Cóndor Andino opened to the public – southern Chile's first cableway.

By the end of 2017, three enduro-mountain bike-trails will be operating as part of a larger mountain-bike park due to be finished by the end of 2018, making this a destination for two-wheel adrenaline junkies as well. Nonguests can arrange guides at the either of the two visitors centers.
