Volcanic Caves Park was created in 1995 with the main mission of preserving, reforesting, and educating visitors about the care of our flora and fauna, the creation of the planet, continents, and tectonic plates where volcanoes are finally created in all parts of the world. In addition our mission is to reforest with araucarias the places where they once existed and have disappeared product of the different eruptions. Caring for and preserving historical pieces of our Villarrica Volcano, in our park it is forbidden to hunt and do any kind of sport that bothers our fauna in the sector.

Guided tours depart every hour towards the lava tube or volcanic cave, which takes about an hour.It also includes an excursion to the Native Forest (Trekking of a very slight difficulty, but above all very interesting where you can see a crater of a sleeping volcano, also crossing by a suspension bridge an impressive canyon formed by erosion).The value of the entrance is for the two activities and to make use of all the facilities of the park, cafeteria, etc.
