Between Rivers and rumble of Cascades in the city of Coyhaique you can, marvel and enjoy majestic landscapes of the natural reserves of northern Patagonia, know the four most important points of the city, experience how the people of Aysen live, typical Chilean people and meet nature in the National Reserve while contemplating the city from its viewpoints.
Beginning your tour with pick up from 8:30 AM or at 14:00hrs, depending on the option selected, we will prepare to start this adventure fully of history and nature. We are going to stop in incredible viewpoints of the city and the natural landscapes which this virgin place offer to us. The trip start with the Coyhaique Forestal Reserve an easy trekking to the green lagoon for reaching the viewpoint of the city, while we know more about the history. After an hour approximately, we continue to the viewpoint of the Simpson River, fully of flora and fauna, one of the best places to practice fly fishing, due to the variety of fish. Continuing with the trip, we go to the "Piedra del Indio", known by its similitude to an indian face and by the legends which have this place. The next stop will be at the "El Mate" monument, the monument to the shepherd and the regional museum, for meeting better the history of Coyhaique and the connection with the history of Chile. As last experience during our city tour, we will go to the last two stops on two highlights, the Coyhaique Cathedral and the Main Square. Finally, you'll be back to your Hotel in Coyhaique approximately from 13:00hrs if you selected the AM Option or, at 18:00hrs as PM option.
