This place is not much to look at, but you can't beat it for friendly service and tasty food, served on a breezy deck facing the water. Ingredients are grown in local gardens and fished in local waters, so this is fresh, flavorful and authentic West Indian cuisine. Try cod and ackee (Caribbean fruit often served with saltfish), quiche callallou (a leafy green similar to okra), or spiny-tail lobster, sautéed Cayman style.
