Cayman's top requested dive site, this is a 251ft US Navy submarine rescue ship. In 2011 the wreck was sunk deliberately to create an artificial reef and dive destination: ample entries and exits allow divers to explore the rooms, peek through windows, sit in a decompression chamber or take a turn at the steering wheel (now home to a tiny goby).

In 2017 Tropical Storm Nate toppled the wreck onto its port side and into a neighboring reef, dropping it 20ft lower in the water. It now lies between 35ft and 84ft below the surface but remains visible to snorkelers and free divers. Red Sail Sports brings snorkel tours here.
