At this healthy fast-food cafeteria, step up to the counter and choose a protein (chicken, ahi tuna or tofu, for example) as well as two sides to add to your rice or power greens bowl. Soups, stews, salads and toasted sandwiches are also available but make sure you add a housemade lemonade – there's usually a tempting flavor or two.
