Vancouver's best artisan ice cream shop is slightly off-the-beaten-path in a redbrick heritage building near Olympic Village. But it's worth the hunt so you can dive into a dozen or so flavors, split between regulars including salted caramel and whiskey hazelnut and seasonals such as the utterly delicious rhubarb oat crumble. All are available in cone or cup form – plus naughty to-go pint jars.
There's plenty of seating here if you need to rest-up. Or you can grab your cone and walk towards a waterfront seat at the nearby Olympic Village; you'll likely finish long before you get there, though.
