A small Parisian-look takeout cafe serving tempting soft-serve ice cream dipped in one of 11 chocolate-based gourmet sauces, ranging from peanut butter to black sesame – green-hued matcha is the top seller. The sauce hardens before you eat it, a concept the Montréal-based company hopes will differentiate it within the city's highly competitive ice-cream scene.

Dipped Belgian waffles are also on the menu, served with sauce as well as in several calorific combos that include ice cream, fruit and nuts, plus velvety hot chocolate and chocolate bars.
