The Bill Reid Gallery of Northwest Coast Art is Canada's only public gallery dedicated to the life and legacy of acclaimed Haida artist, Bill Reid as well as contemporary Indigenous Northwest Coast art.
Visit: Bill Reid Gallery, Vancouver, British ColumbiaThe Gallery is open daily from 10am - 5pm. Gallery admission will give you access to view the SFU Bill Reid Collection which includes beautiful gold and silver jewellery displayed in beautiful, custom built, cedar pole cases. Discover monumental sculptures by Bill Reid such as Mythic Messengers, Raven and the First Men, and the Killer Whale. Plus view breathtaking works by other iconic Northwest Coast artists including a full-scale totem pole by James Hart and The Craft, a copper fishing boat by Michael Nicoll Yahgulanaas. The Gallery also offers featured and focus exhibitions discussing themes and sharing insights on Northwest Coast Indigenous culture.
