This is a unique pasta making class where you can learn how to make the Traditional Italian Ravioli and also the Traditional Turkish Ravioli from scratch. We will start with our dessert, coconut pudding with a chocolate fudge brownie base! So yummy! We'll leave it to cool down and prepare our fresh tomato and garlic sauce then start making our pasta. You will learn how to make homemade Ravioli from scratch. Making the dough, rolling, cutting and filling. We will make the traditional Italian ravioli with a delicious Italian filling (smoked aubergine and parmesan or mushrooms and parmesan) and also Turkish ravioli with the traditional Turkish filling (Minced meat, onion, fresh herbs and spices). And finally, the best part will be opening the wine bottle, setting up the table together, eating, drinking and chatting!! Please message me for alternative dates and times.
