Sooke Potholes Provincial Park

Vancouver Island

This relaxed park has been a favorite natural hangout among locals for generations. With the potholes (natural rock pools) carved into the river base during the last ice age, it's ideal for summertime swimming and tube-floating. It's 5km drive from Hwy 14 along River Rd, or even better, a short ride on the Galloping Goose Trail.
