Explore the stunning Canadian Rocky Mountains and the alpine beauty of Whistler on the 10 day Big West Pass. Starting and finishing in Vancouver, this tour covers over 2500 kms in beautiful British Columbia and Alberta. We'll stop for viewpoints, hiking, and swimming amongst the mountains, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, wildlife, and much more. Experience Banff and Jasper National Parks as we travel the Icefields Parkway, one of the most scenic roads in the world! Moose tours are designed for 18 to 35 year olds, but we welcome all adventurous travellers that are 18+. Note: the Big West is a combination of our Sea to Sky and Caribou Passes.
Day 1: Vancouver to Whistler Leaving Vancouver and driving north, enjoy the views of mountain peaks, glaciers, and lakes, with stops at two waterfalls. Enjoy dinner in Whistler tonight, and then hit the bars!Day 2: Whistler to Vancouver Try ziplining, bungee jumping, downhill mountain biking, or hiking during your free time today. We’ll head back to Vancouver in the afternoon.Day 3: Vancouver to Kelowna Our first stop is at Bridal Veil Falls before we visit Hope. We continue to the Okanagan where we’ll go paddleboarding. Then it’s onto Kelowna for dinner.Day 4: Kelowna to Banff Heading east, we’ll stop in Revelstoke, where you’ll have the option to go lake kayaking. Continuing onwards, we’ll enter the Rocky Mountains, Alberta and Banff National Park.Day 5: Banff to Rampart Creek Our day begins with visits to Moraine Lake (seasonal), and Lake Louise! On the Icefields Parkway, we stop to see the Crowfoot Glacier, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, and Mistaya Canyon, before arriving at our wilderness hostel at Rampart Creek. Relax in the wood-burning sauna, and enjoy a campfire under the stars tonight!Day 6: Rampart Creek to Jasper We’ll enter Jasper National Park today, stopping at the Columbia Icefield where you can get up close to the Athabasca Glacier, or just enjoy the views from the Discovery Centre. Then it’s on to Maligne Canyon for a scenic hike, before rolling into the Jasper townsite.Day 7: Jasper to Banff Heading back south, we stop at Athabasca Falls, Tangle Falls, and for a hike at Johnston Canyon, before arriving back in Banff. After an included dinner tonight, enjoy the great nightlife, or relax at the Banff Upper Hot Springs.Day 8: Banff Free Day On your free day, enjoy the sights in the Banff area, hike a local mountain, or for an optional extra cost, go whitewater rafting, canoeing, or mountain biking.Day 9: Banff to Kelowna Before leaving the Rockies, we’ll stop at Takakkaw Falls (seasonal), Emerald Lake and the Natural Bridge. Then it’s back to Kelowna for the night.Day 10: Kelowna to Vancouver We’ll explore the Othello Tunnels outside Hope before returning to Vancouver.

Itinerary

Day 10: Kelowna to Vancouver We’ll explore the Othello Tunnels outside Hope before returning to Vancouver.
Day 1: Vancouver to Whistler Leaving Vancouver and driving north, enjoy the views of mountain peaks, glaciers, and lakes, with stops at two waterfalls. Enjoy dinner in Whistler tonight, and then hit the bars!
