Seafood in Halifax

This is one of the city's old-school supper spots, in more ways than one. The building (erected in 1759) is one of the oldest stone structures in downtown Halifax, and the walls give it a cellar-like atmosphere very different from that of most of the city's restaurants. Oysters are the specialty, plus indulgent 'from the sea' and 'from the land' mains.
