Welcome to Central Nova Scotia

From Amherst you can follow the 'Glooscap Trail' – named for the figure in Mi'kmaw legend who created the unique geography of the Bay of Fundy – as far as Wolfville in the Annapolis Valley, or take the road less traveled and hug the shoreline, visiting the World Heritage–listed Joggins Fossil Cliffs, the delightful hamlet of Advocate Harbour and the village of Parrsboro.

This is the part of Nova Scotia famed for the legendary Fundy Tides and tidal bore rafting.
