As soon as you know you're coming to Whistler, call for a reservation at this hot little Creekside eatery, largely a local residents' domain. Taking a French-bistro approach to fine, mostly West Coast ingredients means juniper-rubbed elk with mint pesto, or a seafood bouillabaisse – the menu is a changeable feast (check the blackboard). Food presentation is artistic and the service is spot on.
