Indian Arm is a salt-water fjord that extends about 20 km (12 mi) north from the Burrard Inlet that cannot be accessed by road. The only way to enjoy this natural beauty of a landscape is from the water. Famous for its breathtaking views, steep slopes, and waterfalls, it is one of the best kept secrets in Vancouver. Granite Falls, Spray of Pearls Falls at Wigwam Creek and Silver Falls are quite spectacular. There are numerous seasonal waterfalls running over the rocky cliff walls that can best be seen during spring run off. Frozen ice-falls during the winter are beautifully displayed. We will get you so close to some of these falls that you can actually feel the spray coming from them. Wildlife seen can including seals, bald eagles, herons, and black bears. Pink salmon runs may also be observed, depending on the time of year.
Tour runs every TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY at 3:30pm and returns at 6:00pm. This trip will depart our dock at Coal Harbour North of the Westin Bayshore Hotel. While you are making your way up the Indian Arm your guide will be pointing out historical landmarks, waterfalls as well as any wildlife you encounter along the way. Depending on the time of year you may get lucky enough to see pink salmon runs. The 2.5 hour tour of this remarkable hidden gem will leave you with views, photo opportunities and memories that will last a lifetime. Getting this close to nature cannot be attained by land and is a truly remarkable experience.The vessel is equipped with comfortable reclining aircraft seats and a washroom. Snacks and bottled water are available onboard.
