Hiking is a big drawcard in Cameroon. The two most popular hiking regions are Mt Cameroon (near the coast) and the Mandara Mountains (in the north), the latter currently out of bounds for security reasons. The Ring Road near Bamenda also offers great hiking possibilities, but you'll need to be self-sufficient here.
