The Cambodian word for food is mahob, and at this restaurant it is delicious. Set in a traditional wooden house with a contemporary twist, they take the same approach to cuisine as they do to decor, serving up dishes such as caramelised pork shank with ginger and black pepper, or wok-fried local beef with red tree ants.
