In a beautifully renovated shop-house, this funky street-level cafe serves Middle Eastern–inspired vegetarian and vegan snacks plus some specials on a chalkboard. The cold drinks include unique ingredients such as Himalayan pink salt or apple-cider vinegar, with homemade herbal tinctures for flavouring.
The place doubles as a shop and features an upstairs gallery, with paintings, prints, vintage items, unique postcards, souvenirs, underground comix, literature, clothing and jewellery. It holds events and workshops, offers Reiki classes, and can book appointments for Reiki treatments, shamanic healing, energy massage and meditation.
The owner couple, Darren Swallow and Khchao Touch, know the Battambang art scene well, and Touch is a top artist in her own right who graduated from the prestigious NGO-run arts program, Phare Ponleu Selpak.
