Tempero da Ângela

Buffet in Tiradentes

It's an 8km trip east of town, but you won't find a more authentic traditional por-kilo place anywhere in Minas Gerais. Every square centimeter of Ângela's wood stove is covered with bubbling pots of comida mineira, with local cheese, goiabada (guava paste) and doce de leite (milk caramel) for dessert.
