French chef Claude Troisgros adds another hit to his culinary empire with this classic French bistro, opened in 2018, near the western end of Leblon. Globe lights, oversized mirrors and checkered floors evoke a touch of old France, while the menu blends bistro favorites with Latin accents: pork cutlet with guava sauce, foie gras with eggplant and honey, and ceviche with sweet potatoes.
