The large, mostly open-air 'Wooden Spoon' is one of the best places in a neighborhood thronged with popular midrange restaurants. It’s great for seafood, including a superb chunky peixada (fish, vegetables and herbs in coconut sauce) and is consistently voted among the best in town for regional Northeastern cuisine. It's also got atmosphere, and there's live sertanejo, samba and forró from 5pm Wednesday to Sunday.
