The mansion erected by patriarch Dario Telles de Menezes in the 19th century currently houses one of the main attractions of the iPark Tourist Complex: Cachaça Museum. In the past, the estate has been the first industrial unit of Ypióca and today it has a complete collection of maps, documents, photos and films, machinery, bottles, agricultural equipment and balsam casks. The site receives approximately 10,000 visitors per month and is known with one of Ceará's main tourist attractions. The Museum of Cachaça is the rescue of the history of the Ypióca, begun in 1846, which is confused with the trajectory of the brandy in Brazil.
Nature, leisure, fun and adventure are a few things that you will find at the iPark Tourist Complex. It is an invitation to visitors wishing to venture into more than 30 outdoor recreational activities. The attractions are distributed throughout the park, containing activities and games for all ages, from the most playful, such as boat rides on the lake, even the most radical, such as zip lines, climbing wall, wakeboard, kayak and stand up paddle, archery and many others ... Other highlights are the Big Tonel, the largest wood barrel in the world in 2003 registered by the Guinness Book, with capacity to store 374 thousand liters of cachaça, and Engenho Artesanal, where it is possible to accompany the simulation of the manufacturing process of artisanal cachaça.
