This ski field above Babanovac village has essentially three main pistes with the upper point at 1525m, around 300m above the base ski lift. The two lifts only operate in winter, but some of the best hotels stay open in summer for hikers.

Bus access is via Turbe, but there's also a 21km direct route from Travnik winding straight up the steep wooded mountainside via Galica (6km from the resort) with its panoramic viewpoints and hiking opportunities in the highlands above the treeline. Much of the area's famous sheep's cheese (sir) is sourced from the Vlašić area. You'll also see many summer stalls selling local honey.
