Park Prinčeva

Balkan in Sarajevo

Gaze out over a superb city panorama from this hillside perch, like Bono and Bill Clinton before you. From the open-sided terrace the City Hall is beautifully framed between rooftops, mosques and twinkling lights. Waiters in bow ties and red waistcoats deliver dishes that go beyond Bosnian usuals, such as chicken in cherry sauce or pizzaiolo roll with capers and olives.

The main chandelier-decked dining room sports a white piano, but the live music from 7.30pm is a mixed blessing. It's worth the 3.50KM taxi from Latinski Most.
