Getting around by air

There are a number of major airports in Borneo, including Kota Kinabalu International Airport (Sabah) and Kuching International Airport (Sarawak) in Malaysian Borneo; Brunei International Airport in Brunei; and Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Airport (Balikpapan) and Syamsudin Noor Airport (Banjarmasin) in Indonesian Borneo.

Royal Brunei Airlines (www.flyroyalbrunei.com) BSB to London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bali, Bangkok, Manila, Melbourne, Seoul, Singapore, Surabaya, Jakarta, KK and KL. Offers reasonably priced long-haul flights with a stopover in BSB. Flights are alcohol free.
