Worthy of repeat visits, if only for people watching while sipping an espresso, this European-run tavern and cafe occupies one of the central plaza's choicest corners. The menu is large and eclectic, the food merely mediocre – choose from salads, burgers, pizzas, a few Bolivian specialties, steaks and fondue bourguignonne. Inside, the high-ceilinged dining room is cavernous.
