Pull up a stool at one of the long tables on the deck and dig into some of the best homemade pasta in Belize, prepared the traditional way by the Italian owner. There is usually one vegetarian and one non-veg sauce served with a healthy portion of one of the many varieties of fresh pasta made on-site. Garden fresh salads and parmesan plates also make an appearance.
