Mick is a British pilot who served for years in Belize; Angie was born and bred in Crooked Tree. This delightful couple has found their little plot of paradise and they welcome visitors! The beautifully crafted wood cabañas all have private porches that overlook the lagoon, providing perfect sunrise views. The self-service waterfront bar and open-plan dining room are wonderful and welcoming.

Homemade meals – served family-style – are moderately priced (BZ$20 to BZ$30) and delicious. Mick and Angie will also help you arrange any sort of tour or activity that you wish. The lodge provides reusable water bottles, and campers are welcome to use the fridge.

Note that prices are per cabaña, some of which have various beds, and management is quite flexible with squeezing friends together in one room. The lodge is located at the north end of the village; cross the causeway and turn right at the 'Welcome to Crooked Tree' sign.
