’t Hof van de Hemel

Bistro in Veurne

This quaint teahouse-cafe with wooden beams and exposed brickwork was once a tiny alleyway. Over the generations it was gradually enclosed until it was finally encased in brick and annexed by the neighbouring house. Beer-wise, the highlight is St-Bernardus Tripel on tap. Its stews, soups, steaks and tarts are relatively inexpensive, if not especially refined.
