It's the brainchild of partners Walter Goderis and chef Paul Rapati, who've been receiving diners here for almost 25 years: Goderis serves and Rapati cooks. The dark-hued dining room feels very grown-up and the constantly evolving set menus, which focus on Rapati's take on traditional Flemish flavours, are beautifully presented.
