Together we will walk in the city center, discovering Brussels’ history throughout its historical sites. During this 3 hours walk you will be introduced to the legendary men and women that made our history! You will learn about the origin of Brussels, how the city became a predominant center in the Middle Age and one of Europe’s greatest capital during the Renaissance. We will also speak about our recent history, culture and gastronomy. You will be introduced to Belgian chocolates through a tasting of Belgian finest pralines.

You will meet Manneken Pis, factually the oldest citizen of Brussels. He is also our national symbol. After a little walk uphill you will get introduced to the upper town that hosted numerous counts, dukes, kings and emperors for thousand years. We will see how women played an important role throughout our history and how business always prevailed. We will discover who was considered as the greatest Belgian all time by the builders of this city. And how they managed to connect the three most important sites of the capital in one single point, regardless of their distance.
