In the southern wing of the Burgtheater, Vestibül is a showpiece of marble columns and stucco topped off with a glorious sparkling mirrored bar. The menu is a contemporary take on traditional cuisine with a strong regional and seasonal focus; expect such dishes as lobster meat with sauerkraut and saffron-poached catfish with root vegetables and meadow herbs.
