Sizzling and stirring since 1858, this atmospheric cellar is as traditional as it gets, with parquet floors, brick vaults and warm wood panelling. The classic grub – Zwiebelrostbraten (onion-topped roast beef) or Carinthian Kas'nudeln (cheese noodles) – goes nicely with tangy Austrian wines. Tables spill out onto the pavement in summer.
