Umbrella-shaded white-clothed tables spread over the square in summer at this elegant restaurant; the frescoed interior has a winding staircase to the cellar. Handmade pastas span meat-filled ravioli with wild mushrooms to linguine with scampi, but the showstoppers are the mains: veal medallions with lemon sauce, grilled turbot with caper butter, or sea bass and basil baked in salt crust.
