This is an easy 2-hour small-group hike near Vienna to two ruins of castles in "Helenental" that have been popular since the "Biedermeier" era. Your local guide lead you on a walk through picturesque forest paths and rocky slopes while always having the ruins of Rauheneck and Rauhenstein before your eyes.There is a maximum of 6 participants for this tour.

On the one hand, two castles to the left and the right of Schwechat secured the entrance to the Helenen Valley. The ruins of these castles are the goal of this 2-hour hike. You will walk on picturesque forest paths and rocky slopes, always having the ruins of Rauheneck and Rauhenstein before your eyes. From both towers, you will have a beautiful view over the spa town of Baden and the valley surrounding the Schwechat.
