Facing the monumental Mariendom cathedral, this A-line building's facade is split down the middle: half is stone, the other half is fronted by floor-to-ceiling glass that's lit up in vivid red at night. Flame-grilled burgers on brioche buns are the house speciality, including a Wagyu burger with whisky sauce and a blackened lobster burger; it also grills superb steaks.

From Monday to Friday, there's a bargain-priced two-course lunch menu (€9.80). The bar's action spills onto the terrace in summer; in winter it moves down to the vaulted cellar.
