I love the classic cuisine and old recipes that I cook in my own way.I like to cook with fresh wild herbs and mushrooms that I collect far from any street.Otherwise, the food comes from my brother's organic farm in Styria or the farmer's market.Since my partner is vegetarian, there is always a vegetarian option.The menue might change due to seasonal or unforeseen reasons, i.e. if I find something else very fresh and good at the market.
