The chef at Megalomania is a real globetrotter, offering Moroccan-style goat curry on the same menu as grilled barramundi with panko-coated rösti, wild mushroom and truffle risotto and palm-sugar-cured Wagyu with citrus segments and basil/mango sorbet.
